This year Beth celebrates 33 years as an RDH. She owns The Dental Connection Enterprises LLC, education consulting service, and is the Former Editor in Chief for Contemporary Oral Hygiene. Her career has been multifaceted including; clinical dental hygiene, dental hygiene education, sales management, speaking internationally, writing and consulting. She is a graduate of Indiana University, and Past President of the Indiana Dental Hygienist's Association.

Beth has written and presented dental continuing education courses for the past 28 years. Through out Beth’s career, her leadership and innovative talents have been recognized as she was selected by Scherer Laboratories to be one of the first dental hygiene sales representatives in the industry, she then in turn recruited and trained the first ever dental hygiene sales force, taking the product line to number one in less than two years. She teamed with the John O. Butler Company as Director of Dental Education, initiated the sonicare sales force for Optiva Corporation, creating yet another industry leader in oral care, and serves as an educational consultant for numerous dental manufacturers designing educational and marketing solutions for new diagnosis and treatment products.

Beth is the director and founder of CareerFusion LLC, formerly CareerFlow, the 1st and only resource for dental hygiene career advancement. Her numerous years of varied successful experiences will now be shared with those interested in pursuing new career directions within dental hygiene. CareerFlow not only includes training resources and retreats, but offer employment and career placement services as well. Additionally, Beth has been certified in Human Resource consulting, through Bent Ericksen and Associates Employment Law Compliance, personalizing office manuals since 2001, assisting business owners protect their practices from employee related litigation, and clarifying employment related expectations.

In connecting with dental health professionals, Beth's goal is to encourage comfortable implementation of new technology and practice standards, which will elevate the level of dental health care delivery. Beth is committed to sharing with her colleague’s methods to keep our profession exciting and rewarding.
